Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to all guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure tables are set up properly and clean before seating guests
- Assist maintaining a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Basic math skills for cash handling purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Note: This position may require standing for long periods of time and understanding spanish
